Have meeting notes to clean up, or a client email to write? Start with one real task. The CRE AI Workbench helps you turn what you know into a clear request for AI, then check the result before you use it.

On My desk, choose a task from the panel on the right. For your first try, select Organize my meeting notes. A prompt is simply the request you give AI. You don't need to learn special commands.

Add a few sentences about the conversation: who was there, what was discussed, and what happens next. Just exploring? Choose Use fictional sample notes. Then select Prepare my request. The worked example shows what a useful summary can look like.

Now choose the AI tool you already use or your firm approves. Review the prepared request. Click Copy my request, then Open ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. In the new chat, paste the request and press Send. Your answer appears in that AI tool, not inside the Workbench.

When the draft appears, come back here and choose I have a draft. Compare names, numbers, dates, and next steps with your notes. Missing details should stay missing. In our example, a warehouse brochure is requested, but no rent, building size, or deal stage was discussed.

If the draft needs work, copy a follow-up such as Make it shorter or Make it sound natural. Paste that into the same AI conversation, then check the revised answer again. Mark the draft reviewed when you've finished your checks.

Save prompt keeps your request in My prompts, in this browser. Your AI answer stays in its own chat. Keep important finished work in your own documents, and replace old facts when reusing a request.
